2. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any document, image, or text you process on iEditPDF. We claim zero ownership or rights over your files.
3. Permitted & Acceptable Use
iEditPDF is provided for personal, professional, and educational utility. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Process, create, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious software files.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, inject malware into, or compromise the client-side sandbox.
- Conduct automated Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our distribution infrastructure.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum conversion fidelity, we do not guarantee that all complex proprietary font sets or vector structures will convert without layout variances.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iEditPDF and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
